During her tenure at Clinique, an Estée Lauder subsidiary, she worked in the Special Events Department, playing a pivotal role in high-profile brand initiatives.
Her diverse expertise spans department management, finance, human resources, special events, and marketing—giving her a well-rounded skill set in business operations and corporate leadership. At MacVaugh & Co., Cathy applies this wealth of experience to oversee office management, finance, human resources, and special projects, ensuring the firm's operations run efficiently and effectively.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Cathy is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and leadership acumen make her an invaluable part of MacVaugh & Co., contributing to the company’s ongoing growth and success.
