Beyond brokerage, Hoss serves as a trusted real estate consultant and expert witness, with a specialized niche in Direct Assessment Tax consulting for commercial properties. Hoss earned his MBA from the University of Southern California, focusing on Entrepreneurial Management with an emphasis on small businesses and startups. His commercial real estate career began in downtown Los Angeles after graduation, building on his early experience running a real estate investment firm in Philadelphia, where he specialized in residential property renovation and management.
